Mango Heat Wave Recipe

Tropical Hot Sauce

A tropical take on hot sauce with passion fruit, agave, chile manzano, carrots, & aji amarillo. With fresh grassy & earthy notes. This sauce pairs nicely with lighter foods, with the focus of enhancing the natural flavors of the dish.

Recipe Yields

This recipe yields roughly one 64 ounce pitcher.

Ingredients List

Frozen Mango 7 cups

Mango Orange Juice 1.75 cup

Dark Rum 1 cup

Benny Sauce Sweet Heat 4oz

Lime Juice 1/4 cup

Simple Syrup 1/4 cup

How To Make It

1. Place all above ingredients after measured into blender pitcher or bowl.

2. Run on medium to high speed on smoothie setting for 45 seconds to 1 minute.

3. Pour into a glass of choice & enjoy!

Special Notes:

We rimmed our glass with Tajin, this added a extra level of flavor and also ecstatic appeal. The consistency can be adjusted by either using frozen mango or letting it thaw a little bit before blending. Completely frozen will give you a thicker drink. More thawed out will give you a smoother more drinkable consistency.
