Who We Are

Founded by accident.
Perfected on purpose.

Benny Sauce started in a Charlotte kitchen in 2021, when chef Ben Reardon’s pepper experiment fermented its way into something too good to keep to himself. With 17 years of restaurant and catering experience, Ben builds each sauce like a dish: balanced, layered, and made to make food better.

It’s a family operation. Mark runs sales and business development, Kelly keeps the brand and the books straight, and Ben keeps the burners on.

How hot are we talking?

Flavor leads, heat follows. Verde is the gentle one, Original and Sweet sit comfortably in the middle, and Diablo is for people who mean it.

Why no dispensing cap?

A shaker cap would leave all the good stuff behind. Benny Sauce is thick with real ingredients, so it pours instead. Just watch your pour!

Is it shelf stable?

Yes. Each 5 oz woozy bottle is fermented, finished with a kill step, and holds a 2-year shelf life.

What's actually in it?

Peppers, fruit, and aromatics. No dyes or added flavorings. The only “preservatives” are citric acid for freshness and xanthan gum for stability.
