Diablo Heat is the evil sibling of the previous trio. A unique blend of fresh peppers, black garlic, and truffle. Best used to top your favorite dish with. While still focusing on flavor, we decided to turn up the heat. If you enjoy a whole other level of heat, you came to the right place. A sauce that may be too hot, but will still have you coming back for more.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Diablo Heat has a completely different heat level than the other Benny Sauce flavors. While still focusing on flavor, the goal was to bring that heat level to another level. With that being said, we have found that a little can go a long while. We suggest using Diablo Heat almost as a finisher or a recipe additive. This product goes especially well with creamy or cheesy food items such as pimento cheese, chicken salad, mac n cheese, deviled eggs, etc.
